7. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

- Request information if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth in the KVKK
- Request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- Object to unfavorable results arising from analysis carried out exclusively through automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

Your request will be evaluated and finalized within 30 days, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK. If the request requires additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
