Order confirmation

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or verify that your email address was entered correctly.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


Tracking my order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 2 working days to update after dispatch.

If your tracking does not update within this timeframe, you can forward your shipping confirmation email to hello@wayt.studio and we will assist you.


Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if it has not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us by email with your name, order number, and full address.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned at your own expense.


Can I amend my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend items, sizes, delivery addresses, or combine orders.

If you believe you have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order is still processing, we may be able to cancel and refund it so you can place a new order.


How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide and the fit notes provided on each product page.
Fit may vary depending on fabric, construction, and intended silhouette.

How should I care for my garment?

Care instructions vary by garment and can be found on the care label inside each piece.
General care guidelines are also available on our Care Instructions page.


Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.


My order is being returned to sender

If a parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to sender.

International returns can take up to 4 weeks to reach our warehouse.
Once received, returns are processed within 14 working days, and a refund will be issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable in cases where parcels are returned to sender.


My order arrived damaged or faulty

We’re very sorry to hear this. Please email hello@wayt.studio with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


Payment methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including:
Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express.


Why was my card declined?

All payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer.
A common reason for declined payments is incorrect billing address information.

Please ensure that your billing address matches the address associated with your bank statements. For further details, we recommend contacting your card issuer directly.


I forgot to apply my discount code

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed. Please ensure your code is entered correctly before completing checkout.
