Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY
WAYT aims to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Orders are shipped from Turkey. Shipping cost is calculated on check out page.
We currently ship to the following regions:

Zone 1&2: United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Greece and Vatikan.
Zone 3: Finland, Hungary, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Iceland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Czechia.
Zone 4: United States
Zone 6: Australia, New Zealand, Azerbaijan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, South Korea, Georgia, Japan, Maldives, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

By placing an order at WAYT you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to WAYT . This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

WAYT is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items before submitting your claim.

If the selected delivery method does not require a signature and proof of delivery is available, the parcel will be considered successfully delivered. We will not be held responsible for theft in such cases.

RETURNS
You can start your return process here. You can return unsatisfied item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the swimwear category, returns are only accepted for products that have not had the hygiene strip removed. 

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label. Outside of this return period, returns will not be accepted.

Kindly be aware that returns must be sent using labels provided by WAYT. Any returns delivered to our warehouse through third-party shipping services will not be accepted.

Please remember the return of any item is at customer’s own cost. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your parcel is delayed or suspected to be lost, a case will be opened with DHL to investigate the issue.

The goods are in your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during the returns process.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@wayt.studio. 

EXCHANGES
If you want a different size or item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be automatically issued a refund instead. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
