2. Eligibility

3. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only once:
- Payment has been successfully authorized and processed; and
- The order has been confirmed for dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Pricing or technical errors
- Product unavailability
- Violation of these Terms
If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in the selected currency and may change without prior notice.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund if payment has been processed.
Delivery costs, customs duties, VAT, or other import charges are not included unless explicitly stated and may be displayed at checkout where applicable.
5. Payment
Payments are subject to standard pre-authorization checks by the payment provider.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.
We are not responsible for declined payments due to bank restrictions, fraud prevention systems, or authorization failures.
6. Shipping & International Orders
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for such charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay customs charges resulting in return, seizure, or destruction of goods shall not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs or additional expenses incurred.
7. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at hello@wayt.studio within the 14-day period.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags and original packaging intact
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery
This clause does not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our stated return conditions.
9. Products & Representation
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact color or texture of the product.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

- Garments
- Prints
- Images
- Text
- Graphics
- Logos
is the exclusive property of WAYT and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
