Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

By law, all items must be declared at their full value, and we are unable to modify declared amounts to reduce customs fees.

WAYT is not responsible for any customs-related delays or charges.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You can start your return process here. 

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

For swimwear, returns are accepted only if the hygiene strip has not been removed.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label. Returns sent outside this period will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped using return labels provided by WAYT. Returns sent via third-party shipping services will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

WAYT is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain all packaging for your claim.
